Colour Disclaimer

All care has been taken to match colours with the images for each product. When we place an order using the same code as a previously ordered product from the same supplier occasionally will arrive as a darker/lighter or different hue. This can vary greatly if we haven't ordered that particular product for a while. When this happens it is difficult to create new names. labels, upload to our webpage, add to our store system etc. Instead we take a new picture of the product and add it to the webpage and store system. We also add this disclaimer link to the bottom of the page of our product with the date the colour was changed so if, for example you ordered it in Dec 25 and notice the disclaimer for Jan 26 you will know the colour has changed since your previous purchase (changed on Jan 26).

Please check the image when purchasing. The colour may be quite different to your last purchase of the same product but you can see the current product colour on our webpage.

Glass.

Taking pictures of stained glass and other glass is notoriously difficult. Some issues with this include:

• Colour variation - may vary due to screen settings - iPhone, iPad, Phone, Computer Screens etc.
  
• Glass may have minor imperfections, air bubbles, texture variations - not defects, characteristics of glass
• Glass will pick up colours around it when being photographed.

We do our best to to show true colours but it isn't always possible. The best way to view our products is in person if you are able.
