Postage

It is what it is, but take a moment to compare my product prices, even with postage, they're the lowest around. I often have larger packs than other Mosaic suppliers. 

I use Australia Post to send all parcels. My website calculates by weight.

I have added some options that may help some rural areas (under 5kgs) when ordering as below. When checking out you will have multiple postage prices to choose from. You can choose which option best suits your location when checking out.

Over 5kg's is calculated on weight and your location. You can track your order here

Under 5kgs: I may pack your order in a smaller satchel or box, I do this to ensure your products are packed tightly to minimise breakage. Sometimes you pay less and get a larger satchel or box, sometimes you pay more and get a smaller satchel or box. 

Over 5kgs: If the order end up being over 5kgs (with packaging) I will contact you to either pay extra postage or take some items out and add them to your next order.

I pack every day including some weekends. I mail orders each weekday. If you order by Express Post I will do my best to mail it as soon as possible. Please keep in mind I am in a country area so Australia Post will not guarantee overnight post.
